• 3-5 Days and if you're not planning on drinking your juice right away put it directly in the Freezer! It will keep fresh for 6 months in the freezer.

• WHEN SHOULD I START MY CLEANSE?
• The best time to start a cleanse is now! Let's detox your body and get you feeling your best!

• I DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM REGULARLY. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?
• The 'Belly Flush' which you can find HERE will help you start to use the restroom on a regular basis. This is a gentle gut refresher that will help you feel lighter and back to your normal self.
